Cheese is an ancient food that pre-dates recorded history. Do you know the captivating story? Every cheese has a unique story to tell.

I’ve passionately studied cheese for years. My education continues with travels nationally and internationally. I have tremendous respect for artisan cheese producers. They are a rare breed: part artist, part farmer, and part craftsperson. Allow me to introduce you to their exquisite cheese and share what I’ve discovered first-hand…I offer artisan cheese as well as select, name protected cheeses from larger producers.

Cheese requires special care

Artisan cheese is a "living food". When you work with me I will share the tips you'll need to properly store your cheese so to maximize your enjoyment of it. Additionally, I am happy to make suggestions regarding wine pairing or menu development around a particular cheese. I make these recommendations based on my culinary experience and specialized knowledge.
