The Cellars at Jasper Hill

This class will showcase the amazing cheeses that are being aged at Jasper Hill Cellars. We will have a guided tasting of some of the finest cheeses America has to offer. We will discuss terroir–the affect of the land on the cheese, affinage–the art of aging cheese, and enjoyment–getting the most out of your cheese.

You will get a cheese plate for your guided tasting during class and samples to take home with you. Cost $35.
Neal’s Yard Dairy Cheeses

I am so pleased to be able to offer these cheeses! It is no exaggeration to say that Neal’s Yard Dairy saved artisan cheesemaking in the UK. Neal’s Yard Dairy has the ability to procure the finest cheeses in the British Isles. They age them in state of the art facilities and get them to me at their peak. These cheeses are individually hand selected. This class will showcase these amazing cheeses.

You will receive a cheese board for a “guided tasting” during the class and cheeses to take home with you. Cost is $35.
